In the second quarter of this year they're going to demolish hotel building constructed in 1991-1992. Hotel stopped booking guests on 15th December.

Stayed in Radisson Blu hotel in march. I must say that I didn't even notice this building, not even that there was another hotel. I only saw the Westin, which is awesome. So I can't wait to come back next year and to see how it has become.
Nice location by the way. Close to the old and new city.

AFAIK this is not final design, final design is still unknown but there are rumors that it will be revealed in October.
