The artwork are up!

I still doubt the functionality of the red 'scoops' on the roof.

Some pictures I took of the building today. Looks completed. Can't really say for sure.

They look like a giant red ribbon. Very unusual for Singapore but I like it. Stands out in the skyline if not all that drab glass is a bit spiritless.

Yes I like the planting on the facade.

Let Danish artist Olafur Eliasson’s Above Below Beneath Above take you deep into the ‘woods’ that bond as one with the unique architecture of brand new CapitaGreen

USD4billion in land costs and construction in 2003? That is impossible. The developer would be bankrupt if that's the case.

Apple Inc. is on an expansion trail in Singapore.
It is said to have inked a lease for 35,000 square feet of space spanning two floors at CapitaGreen along Market Street, with options to take up even more space in the building. The lease was signed late last year.

CapitaGreen to hit 85% occupancy rate by 1Q15

Apple will probably take up five floors of office space.
CapitaCommercial Trust is up for a good quarter, as more technology companies switch to Grade A office space.

Guys something that has puzzled me on this one, is there any significance of the massive decoration? Such a simple clean building but a crazy ass crown that looks way more suited to weird design in Chinese cities than here

It's not a decoration.

The financial institutions have taken a beating in recent years, with the only major anchors still there are the ones Temasek Holdings have shares in. These days, the only companies that can afford to splurge are tech companies.

I wonder what is their thinking in locating at Raffles Place area though as opposed to business parks
