I reckon they may be waiting to see what Barangaroo coughs up. It's beginning to turn into a bit of a financial district down near KSW, what with Westpac already being there, and Macquarie Bank and AMEX to be moving down there. Would be a big LOL at the ones who have already bought in down there if CBA grabbed one of the big ones.

These were on the Charter Hall site. Nothing big deal. I feel I've seen them before anyway...

At least it's better than nothing. I don't own a car so it's hard to drive there. Getting to uni itself on PT is tough.

![]() eh? There's a underground station slap bang in the middel of it, there's a freeway running next to it, central location, etc..... It's the ideal spot for such development. Btw. Wouldn't this be cool around the Homebush area? |

yeah, the way you've got to go from the cbd to lidcome and then walk at least 5 minutes around to the special platform then wait a while. it's not very well connected, but it could be. there are a few direct services between the city and olympic park but they are the rare exception.

Thanks James. The convience store is so polluting to the eye. I want a proper supermarket for the area instead of that overpriced @#$%.
