I reckon they may be waiting to see what Barangaroo coughs up. It's beginning to turn into a bit of a financial district down near KSW, what with Westpac already being there, and Macquarie Bank and AMEX to be moving down there. Would be a big LOL at the ones who have already bought in down there if CBA grabbed one of the big ones.

These were on the Charter Hall site. Nothing big deal. I feel I've seen them before anyway...

driving past a few days ago i noticed a few cores rising in the homebush area.
im sure one was the sofitel hotel but there were two more rising that im not sure about closer to the station i think, maybe commonwealth bank?

if anyone can make their way out there and take a few snaps as im sure we would notice a lot of progress.

The best I can do is distance shots from Uni at Strathfield. I can get one of the cranes next week

At least it's better than nothing. I don't own a car so it's hard to drive there. Getting to uni itself on PT is tough.

yeah homebush is a bit hard to get to,why the hell are they putting a business park there,lack of transport there .I ve been past redfern industrial park the place looks quite nice and has life to it during lunch hours

eh? There's a underground station slap bang in the middel of it, there's a freeway running next to it, central location, etc.....
It's the ideal spot for such development.

Btw. Wouldn't this be cool around the Homebush area?

yeah but it runs on its own line ,one train runs back and forth which makes it shotty having to change platforms and all

yeah, the way you've got to go from the cbd to lidcome and then walk at least 5 minutes around to the special platform then wait a while. it's not very well connected, but it could be. there are a few direct services between the city and olympic park but they are the rare exception.

Thanks James. The convience store is so polluting to the eye. I want a proper supermarket for the area instead of that overpriced @#$%.
