That's nonsense, this is not Nazi architecture at all. This is a modern approach.

Yes, but no one pays the listed price. I paid almost half of the list for my last property. Takes time to negotiate, but its worth it. The real estate market is maturing and starting to normalize eevrywhere. Poland is a great place to invest over the long term.

Oh c'mon m8. Prices will drop and everyone is aware of that. There are so much better places in Europe to invest money at the moment. Personally I would wait next few months, if you're interested in buying a property in Poland. I can assure you that prices will go down.

A house like this (http://dom.gratka.pl/tresc/402-11686...bc1b79d5543c,1) shouldn't cost more than 150k EUR (~630k PLN)...

These reconstructions are listed on the area development plan.

Oslo2022, thanks for the link. Structures designed in Gdansk/Danzig before ~1790 (Long Market, Artus Court, Green Gate, Large Armoury, Highland Gate, Main Town Hall, Neptune's Fountain, etc.) were architecturally so beautiful. Do you know if there was anything nice built between 1790 and 1850 (before Industrial Revolution) in Danzig/Gdansk?

This theatre from 1801 was absolutely fugly!

I would expect theatre like this or this in such a charming city.
