Some boards made out of cardboard (forgot the name, they're about 4-5 cm thick and white and in fact made out of a cardboard sandwich structure - I had to saw the ends off to fit them between my wall and my wardrobe) as book shelves and an armchair. And that's it.

My Ikea-collection includes (not mentioning smaller stuff like kitchen utensils, lights, decoration etc.):

Malm bed

Hemnes cabinet (kitchen)

Odda wardrobe (spare bedroom)

Lillangen washbasin cabinet

Poäng armchair in redwood with white cushions (x2)

I like Ikea, because it offers decent designs and good value for money (which is handy, as I recently moved to my new house, and as a first-time home-owner I had to buy tons of new stuff). I do mix it with second-hand, designer and DIY-furniture (my dad has serious woodworking skills - I design, he creates) - don't want my house to look too much like a showroom

I'm no fan of Ikea furniture. I bought an Ikea coffee table three/four years ago. It was poorly finished.

I prefer to purchase IKEA furniture of sofa sets. Now a days many different style sofa sets available in the market you can select any best sofa sets for making your home furniture. You have to select your sofa sets color suitable to your home color, Design and required place.

I have a Malm 4-drawer dresser. That's it.

Nearest Ikea is something like a 3 hour drive into another state.

My kitchen furniture was bought from Ikea. It took me forever to install but I'm happy with the outcome

I also have some curtains and a Poang chair which can be found in Ikea(but I got it from Metro as was cheaper

This + a few vases

Looking at buying these, can't decide if I want them in black-brown or birch veneer (I'd have to get another nightstand):

I like the ikea furniture a lot because of it is very strong and also have the good quality. As i am in tight budget these are very suitable for my apartment. there are some models which attracted me a lot.
