Just went to the Presale party today. Prices range from 5.5-20 million. Already around 60% sold as of around 2-3pm today.

Here is the pic of the model

Don't understand how a project like this can sale in an instance 60% and the Maha Nakhon, have to make lots of effort to sell their project. Is this project an freehold?

Don't get me wrong, it looks ok (and good for half the price).

They went for the presale event in Singapore last month, something around 60 units were sold there.

http://www.ddproperty.com/en/propert...s-at-the-crest

After selling 52 units in Singapore 10 days ago, The Crest Sukhumvit 34 sold another 60 units to Thai buyers during presales in Bangkok last weekend.

I dont understand why is it so difficult to make just a nice smooth simple concrete wall in Thailand.

Or make a real 90 degree angle; or a level floor; or anything involving water without ugly blue pipes everywhere. One could go on and on and on.

I cost a lot more to make roads in Thailand and they can't even get that close to smooth(or at least leveled)...so sad
