These are just two of the groups that play the Mousetrap, at 56th and keystone on the reg. Its a dive, but a dive with loyal following.
Their week is as follows

Monday: Trivia
Tuesday: Soul & Jazz
Wednesday: Family Jam (open Mic)
Thursday: Altered Thurzdaze (Electronic / Dance / Beat based)
Friday & Saturday are always prescheduled alternating bookings. Usually groups like the bands above.
Sunday: Bluegrass

Georgia Street is a perfect oppurtunity for this too, Just throw the food trucks together down there, with some music like above. maybe even a music fetival, and that'd be a great first step.
