@hugodiekonig walang cebu sa binigay mo na link kasi hindi kasapi ang cebu sa PPA management. All ports public and private, international and domestic in cebu (including the group of islands of bantayan, camotes, and mactan) are under the CEBU PORT AUTHORITY.

I second the motion. I tried reading the Excel file, and it doesn't have any Cebu International Port, or Cebu Port Authority data or referencing.
