Greenwich will have a new neighbour

According to http:www.singaporepropertyguru.pro, this is a 5-storey project 276 units of 1 to 4 bedroom units. Designed by architect, SCDA, it seats on 187,000 sqf site near to Seletar Aerospace

Good luck to the residents. Can you imagine how noisy it will be with planes taking off and landing? Trying loitering around changi airport and you will know what I mean...

Why this place look like a "dead town"?

The residential portion is still under construction. I guess there will be more morning activity once residents move in. When will this TOP anyway?

Lol, it's really up to anyone to interpret anyway, I took the photos at 9:30am in the morning. The supermarket on the ground floor was quite bustling though when I was there. Looking at the progress, I think TOP of the residential component will be around mid-2013. In the next few years with the completion of Seletar residences, and a ton of HDB flats and a condo directly opposite Yio Chu Kang Rd, it'll be crowded.
