i agree migo pomps...its not even a gov't port (not a single centavo was spent by the gov't) but we can see that business activity thrives here.

More bigger ships are being accommodated by Bredco.Cruise Ships are for Bredco also because of the hotel nearby.I think Palanca should consider that option as well because not only his port will earn money but also his hotel.

I hope PPA would build a port similar to that of the Batangas Port para passenger friendly
