it's not MICT. sorry but this is in Manila Port under the same company, the ICTSI. Look at those gantry cranes. may color coding po ng cranes every port. MICT is yellow while Manila port is Orange and Red.

MICT po yang pic, mali nga lng ang binigay na meaning sa ACRONYM

delivery of the 2nd quayside crane last December....
