Sadly, only the luneta area was built out of that grand plan. To think, Manila is supposedly the washington d.c. of the east..
well its the 1905 plan.. probably it will eventually change din kahit natuloy yan dahil tumawid ang WW2 kung saan lahat din nasira... pero sayang talaga di naging ganyan ang Manila..

Note: I edited the thread title to just roundabouts because the definition of a rotunda is a "circular building, hall, or room, topped by a dome." Which doesn't really apply to the thread's subject matter.

Mandaluyong City has roundabout but I can't find an aerial picture of it in Google Images.

Probably the smallest roundabout in the country, the one at Eastwood City in Libis.

haha..Hmm maybe this won't qualify as a roundabout. Because it looks like it is temporary only (with potted plants placed in the middle). But I could be wrong though.
