How often snows in your city?

Where I live (in Brazil) never snowed, because the climate is tropical, snow occurring only in areas farther south. So I wonder how much snow is common in the city that you live.

Usually only a few days (and only a 1-2 cm) of snow in Amsterdam. Last winter we had a lot of snow that created these kind of problems:

We like snow, but we like a lot of ice on the canals more:

Every few years we get an inch or two, but, it's usually 3 or 4 years between snows in New Orleans.

It snows kinda often in Dallas, Texas. In 2010 we got over 12 inches (1 foot) of snow and last year we had an ice storm in the beginning of the week then we had over 5 inches of snow at the end of the week. This winter is very mild, we had no accumulating snow.

Hasn't snowed in Sydney since 1834

The mountains to the west of Sydney do get snow, maybe once a year but there isn't enough to ski or anything.

Average for Groningen is 30 days a year with snow. But it's not constant. There are winters without snow, and winters with far more.

Once every 3-4 years, generally with little or no accumulation, or melting in a few hours.
About once every 25 years with considerable accumulation. Last time early February 2012.

Snow is supposed to be extremely rare in London, but weve had it three winters in a row now. It doesnt stay for too long, mind.
