Al Fattan on beach have put up boards advertising they are building a new development, with photos.
Looks nice and better than other design although means years of building right in front of Bay Central.

Man, so many ugly JBR towers left and right, and this one is supposed to go right in front of the only two cool looking ones in that lineup...

Al Fattan has certainly stitched up those who bought in the Marine Towers - first he puts an office block at the back blocking off all sunshine at the pool, now he puts 2 towers at the front killing the sea views.

Agree -- But is it one or two towers ?

And is it for sale ? if so how much per Psf ? what a plot !! --But OMG JBR is Soo busy -- roads are a nightmare at peak times --you would need to park outside JBR and get scooter in at peak times !

The renders have the base with high-end retail outlets. I would say it would be mixed use as the Marine Towers at their back.
