habagatcentral1 is correct only for the first photo! Both photos are from Zamboanga City! The First photo is the central business district of Zamboanga City (downtown). The Second photo is Barangay Guiwan of the 1st District (East Coast) "An emerging business district". The long road is Maria Clara Lobregat Highway.
