left, on a3b is al marsa and in the same row is le reve, marina crown, number one, al seef, unnamed 37 floor a23a is unnamed 66 floor or what do you mean exactly?

the spire may be included in official height as it is part of structure and design
300? not more, but maybe 280 with spire?
