The old render looked very classic, and IMO uninteresting.
But there's progress with the new render, it's much classier. Less brown color, bigger balconies, it's a bit more aerial.

It's good news, especially since it will stick out in that area.

The east of Tokyo is getting denser with theses condo tower. I think the day when all the stations in eastern Tokyo will have one is not far.
