Average looking building imho. Seen better from Tokyo. Obviously Tokyo is doing much better and more creative in building lowrises than in building highrises.

Well actually if you followed this project from the start you wouldn't disagree. Yes, it did take hell of a time to work on the foundation but since it started to rise the pace is just incredible . Every week I see a massive change.

I respect your opinion but this one in particular will look massive once it's completed. Architecturally is a real masterpiece. Wait and see.

So far all I see is another lame glassy bold box with an even more lame open slat facade that we know since buildings of the 60s such as the Lever House in NYC (even done way better there already).

Sorry, can't see anything really interesting or aesthetically appealing about this. It might be a bold filler building. But that's about it imho.

I must say that based on the render I expected it to be better then how it's now turning out. I expected the vertical lines to be more visible, with clear color changes around the facade. But it doesn't look like that visible effect is going to happen on the building. Now it just turns into straightforward standard contemporary Tokyo style office tower, it will look good but it won't be special.

For a final judgement I will wait until it's completed, maybe the effect will change.
