Yup Solo has many other highrise projects other than this such as Solo Center Point 23 floor (U/C) and Solo Paragon 27 Floor (finished). I think also come from such a huge demand of hotel room in Solo, nowadays Solo has became MICE and Tourism city in Indonesia.

not just hotel, there are also 27 storey twin tower hospital proposed by Duniatex, but we still dont have the real rendering so let's wait and see

Maha karya desain

kehadirannya akan bikin view jl slamet riyadi semakin ciamik abis. Membuktikan bahwa solo kota metropolitan dan sangat menarik bagi investor. Nampaknya solo berkompetisi dg semarang, diawali dg gumaya tower smrg (17 floor), lalu berdirilah apartement paragon solo (25 floor), kemudian bestwestern smrg (28 floor u/c), selanjutnya four point solo (29 floor project ), lalu.. lalu.. hotel java mall smrg(32 floor project), what a next?? Kompetisi positip yg memajukan ke 2 kota dan jawa tengah pada umumnya. Semoga saja semua proyek2 tersebut berjalan lancar. Amin

Sepi..... Belum dimulai juga proyek ini pdhal dah ada perijinan IMB...Akankah proyek ini bakal senasib dg hotel grand semesta? Atokah kemunculan tread ini terlalu cepat kali ya??

I made this thread on proposed highrise sub forum and on the title of this thread I already mention it that this is "Pro" it's mean that this project is still proposed but as you see on the location it should be "prep"

Makanya mas kalau buat thread jangan kepagian, Thread proyek Solo banyak yang kepagian buat nya, masih kluar wacana udah dibikin thread. Jadi nya banyak thread yang kadaluwarsa n proyeknya batal dibangun.

Proyek Four Point itu hanya sekedar iklan, untuk mengangkat property Kota Solo, agar nti nya banyak investor yang menanamkan modalnya di Kota Solo, tp ap nyatanya, malah bikin penurunan property Kota Solo. dengan banyaknya proyek yang batal dibangun di Kota Solo.

Thread nya sampai bau busuk nih, mending dibuang saja thread four points ini, sebelum banyak orang yang OOT di thread ini.
