The crown will probably be cleaned less frequently by industrial climbers. Maybe a system of catwalks and ladders in the crown will help a bit.
Thank you!

I didn't remember that the crown will be so detailed, it makes sense that something will be stored there and be taken out only when they will use it.
I hope they will find something nice that won't affect the beauty of the design as some cranes like the one on the One57 does.

That lobby is ridonkulous. Check those ceiling coffers (if you can call them that) and the way the whole thing really puts the focus on the original Steinway Building.

Also, pretty nice of them to include Zeckendorf's 520 Park in that render.

Simply beautiful. JDS has an icon going up in both Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Such a bullshit what NY builts now.The Empire State Building,Chrysler building, that were real buildings. But now these high, thin buildings are looking so ugyl.OMG.NY destorys itself. The "real NY" with great buildings like Flatiron,Empire State,Chrysler is dead. They can build 1,5 km tall buildings and 10 Burj Khalifas next to the Empire State Building but it looks like shit.

This looks so ugly:

This is NY:

It's all about making a profit now a days and what's economical for that particular piece of land ( which is more scarce now with stricter zoning regulations). New York is not building these buildings, but developers. Also, it's a whole lot more expensive to design and construct buildings. Either way, this building is beautiful.

No, just... no. First off, they're not even building that first image. not even close.

And a city is not only defined by its old architecture. There's no such thing as "real" NY.

Correct, and well said.

NYC is constantly building and rebuilding itself. What gets built in NYC is New York just by virtue of being built there.

This looks so ugly:
Uhm literally none of these pseudo futuristic buildings are actually proposed Inform yourself more about the real (and mostly nice looking) proposals and don't trust everything on the internet.
