This Skyscraper must break all records for such a small footprint / floor area times height

It must be the thinnest Skyscraper ever

How is it possible to build so tall yet so thin and still have the strength to with stand strong winds, hurricanes and possible earthquakes or tremmers

I do like it

2017,2018 is going to be NYC greatest building/skyline revolution in its history.

I like how the crane literally takes up like 10% of the space they have to work with. 😂

Or to be more precise, the tallest tower in NYC regarding the roof height

I really did not like this design from the early images, but the recent images have won me over. Absolutely gorgeous. Literally jaw dropping.

30 Hudson will probably have the biggest impact on the skyline (due to its sheer size and location near the river), but I think of all the new developments this one has the best chance of becoming a classic. I would say Tower Verre had it not gotten neutered.

Gosh, it always amazes me how tall it looks just because it's so thin. Still can't imagine how it must feel to live in such heights. I mean visiting an observatory is one thing, but to wake up every day with such a view... Will there ever come a moment when it's just like living in a "normal" building?
