I wanted to fact-check his statement, and the google tells me that THIS GUY leads the world in the tall heights of the world.

I also wanted to repost this mind-blowing structural cross section. Basically a t-shape shear wall...

I would imagine this tower to shoot up much faster than most towers due to its small floor area

How are they going to use the crane? It looks like too small of an area for it to be able to move.

The actual tower starts behind that wall on the left and continues from the far right wall to a place you can't see behind the left wall. So it's wider than it appears from the street. The area in the foreground is the lobby.

For about the first 15 floors, don't expect for it to go much fast. Although the floorplates are small, the site is very small with buildings on three sides. They can't install a climbing system until they surpass the neighboring buildings, so untill that, the process will be slower, then it should speed up.

you see, the peanut butter gets stuck in an area of their mouths they cannot reach. Therefore, I surmise that, dictated through the bone structure, of course, this is the howling mechanism

That's still just the atrium though. The actual building is behind that left wall in a substantially larger space ...
