It doesn't have that much surface area for wind to grab onto to begin with..

The building has specifically built gaps to allow wind to pass through it and there is going to be a large mass damper to minimize sway.

With the prices that this building is asking for, almost anything is possible. With this kind of money, something as simple as height is no problem.

nevertheless, it would be interesting to put a time lapse camera on this tower for the next Hurricane that hits the NYC metro.

They are part of the Steinway Building and are being preserved and refurbished.
