Given the incredible beauty of the facade mockup, this will be one incredible tower!

That tower is amazingly thin! Its crazy, the skyline looks great with 220 Central Park, Central Park Tower, Tower Verre and 111 West 57th all rising, the skyline.

The rebar rods are reaching now floor 29 of the Trump Parc building. That should put this building at roughly 90-93m or 295 - 305 feet already. While it still looks like they have just started on it. As soon as it clears the Trump Parc tower, which is 138m or 394 feet tall, it still has to rise another ~ 300m or 984 feet. This tower will be epic.

So excited to see this baby rise! It feels like it'll only be real once the cladding starts going up.

I think cladding will start in a few months, when they have build this to about 150m or more.

So it looks like the "1st floor" for residences hasn't even begun yet. So far the structure seems to be all lobby and amenities.

It happens... occasionally. I think 30 Park Place turned out way better than many expected, for instance.

In the pictures posted by streetscapeer, we can see they instaled a climbing system. With that, we can expect a faster pace of construction.

How big are the chances that these awful boring boxes to the left get redevloped at one point?

^Yeah, those buildings have good occupancy rates, and are where a crapload of corporations and law firms are headquartered. That stretch of 6th Avenue is sometimes called "Corporate Row".
