In case its hard for anyone to see the visible progress on this project I've compiled photos from the last 2 weeks (15 days) and counted the floors above the mechanical floors. During the now resolved legal debacle, construction has kept pace at roughly about floor per week.

I pretty much predict that the press will not love his tower. Such a skinny tower is open season for critics and the public to hate on a stick like perch for billionaires that towers over Central Park like a smokestack. I'm fine with it though. We will have to wait and see how much of an impact such a skinny tower can have on the skyline.

Wait, isn't this Tower Verre and not the Steinway Tower? Didn't the Steinway Tower have a different support system from that of Tower Verre?
