It's so thin much above that, it'd be cool if the penthouse was a decplex with 10 floors of going up and down and the top floor's just a half bathroom accessed by ladder. The next floor could be just a bed and stairs.

Wow. This is my first time seeing these renderings. This is going to look really cool on a gloomy winter day. I can already picture it in one of those skyline pics you see of a storm approaching the city.

Definitely has some Batman/Gotham vibes to it.

I just realized that within the next 5-6 floors the first setback will occur, and also one of those open air floors that let air through will be build. It will start to be exciting from that point on since more setbacks will occur, with the steel structure topping out the concrete structure afterwards.

Took this one Oct 20th. This angle will be amazing once completed, seeing the new tower rise right out of the Steinway building.

He'd be very tiny. His face would be like 1 pixel in a 4K picture.

Not if he's close to the "camera." He doesn't have to be on the building itself.

I'd do the Photoshopping but Photobucket doesn't allow links anymore and I'm too lazy to sign up for another service at this time.

If you use the skyscrapercity app for your phone, you can just upload directly to this website.

I don't but that doesn't mean I won't. What about uploading from my laptop directly to the site?

Nice how Verre and Steinway are impacting the skyline now. I would guess that if everything goes well that Verre will top out by early may and Steinway by mid November of 2018.
