@funkyskunk

May I make a tiny request if it is not a big inconvenience.

I would love to see the HY project & everything would be just perfect.

Great work as always.

Awesome! Great Thanks.. I don't know how I missed that!

It's amazing in a few years, the West Side of Manhattan will be very tall compared to the East Side until this ME Zoning will be approved, then things could be balanced a bit in the Manhattan skyline.

As long as the sides don't look yellow I will be fine with it.

The building looks awesome. I only wish it had been a bit taller, but even with this height it will be an incredible addition

The apartment most probably will have tall floor to ceiling heights. Loft like ceiling heights! These units will be awesome w panoramic views. If i had the $$, i would buy here over 225.

if the SSP diagram data is to be believed, more than 100m with 304m roof height.

Well that was to be expected really. The tower is incredibly thin at the base. Forget the top of it. With elevator shafts needed and maybe some kind of core there would probably be no space left for any apartments at upper levels.

yeah wish they would have at least kept the footprint upwards, but with all the setbacks it really becomes a thin needle at the top.

I think that is wrong info cause in the renders the open air crown really doesn't look like being a quarter of the pinnacle height of the building

Looking at the render that Robert posted, the floor area is already very small at 300 meter.
Too small for apartments probably. This tower is a bit too thin for my taste btw.
