Some figures changed in the DOB filing for enlargement application:

Note:
In the original application it had the height at 1,200ft (assuming w/o fins calculated) which most likely would bring the totally height over 1,300ft as advertised)

This tower is now 77 floors

Ht: 1195ft
Stories: 77

Another reduction in height? 411 meters to 365, or this is the height of the last floor busy?

DoB filings use the highest occupied space, there's a lot of unoccupied space at the top. I wonder where this will rank amongst the CTBUH's list of 'vanity height' buildings

I wouldn't worry about it. All reports have been north of 1,300 ft to 1,350ft quoted from the developer. What is on the filing should be the highest occupied floor minus the fins which should add est. +100 ft

Making a diagram for SSP, let me tell you, this is very skinny. Especially from a back/front perspective. from the renders and structural models i have seen of this in comparison with a scale, there are some 50-60 meters of unoccupied crown.

That seems to be an accurate estimation if this reaches aprox +- 1350 ft.

DOB occupied height = 1195 ft
Fins / Crown @ 50M = 164 ft
Pinnacle Height = 1,359 ft

Vanity height or not, this is definitely part of the architecture of the tower. It cannot be left out.

NY Guy at SSP has posted some new blueprints. Looks like the footprint of the tower is now 58.75' X 79.25'.
