I look forward to seeing more new supertalls in this stunning image.

P.S.: The hills of Westchester and Connecticut look great.

Going from one profile pic of British royalty to the the next is not very deceiving, if you ask me.

The skyline looks different with the condo tower on the right. It's not what I'm used to seeing in postcards! But in this case different is better.

Oh wow. That's to the highest occupied floor, correct? If that's the case then, as anticipated, this will easily break 1400' ... and in fact, considering the size of the crown, may flirt with 1500!

Also, cool to confirm that there will be a quadplex penthouse. Since the floorplates are so narrow (and even narrower at the top than in the less pricey lower floors), it makes sense to stack floors on top of themselves. Is it silly to wonder if the apartment might include its own elevator?

Yes that's true about the crown! This could very well flirt with 1500' if the total height is not calculated with DOB.

I would think this tower would have the standard 2 passenger elevators and 1 freight for a small tower. Maybe the passenger elevators would be tiny Old Euro styled ones. lol

Wasn't the design already upgraded to 1,397 ft?

I think its been wildly reported differently by certain news outlets ranging from 1300' - 1400'. The NYT or Vanityfair graphic of the supertowers rising in 57th "Race to the Top" a while ago reported it accurately and was taken in good faith since there had been several quotes by the developer/architect saying the tower was aprox 1400'.

I think this is the first time getting a real confirmation through the filings.

1397 would be highest occupied floor I would think. Nice to see we are flirting with the 1500ft mark with the crown.

That's actually very likely since the tower has a huge crown. Remember One57? DOB listed it as a 905ft / 276m tall building. And it ended up exactly 100 feet taller.
