Only 60 units!
That is probably the most amazing number.

520 Park Avenue is even more extreme. It has 52 floors, but only 31 units. Each apartment spans at least over a whole floor, some two floors and the penthouse even three floors. If you keep in mind that some apartments will be bought by foreign billionaires who will not stay there very often, those towers will be very empty.

Where are the dressing rooms for the lovers and/or escorts? Pretty unfair!

Why is "her" dressing room half the size of "his?" Does JDS not know how marriages work? Or are their male buyers such divas that they'll insist on taking the big dressing room with the windows for themselves?

Why genderize in such a non-obvious context? Where are same-sex couples, singles, etc represented here? That "his" and "her" is so 19th century.

Upper floors will be much smaller, because the tower tapers to the top.
Also there might be appartments with double ceiling height, at least that was the plan a year ago.

The quadplex appartment is gone in the last official document?
Are there units with two floors and double ceiling height?

I don't think the buyers JDS is trying to reel in are generally quite that evolved.

It's incredible to see how tiny the plot for this behemoth actually is.

Are you suggesting the "rich" aren't "smart" or "evolved"?

In my experience, the "rich" are usually SMARTER and MORE EVOLVED than the average Joe.

When it comes to gender equality, this is what I'm saying.

And I wholly agree that the vast majority of rich folks are smart, although some of them in this forum aren't particularly good at inference, reading context clues, or general reading comprehension.

...but this has digressed pretty far from the topic at hand.

Ya we definitely are off topic here, you really think who ever the hell buys these units will care about that? In all seriousness maybe 10 or 25 units will be occupied anyway the rest are buying them as liquid investments, so in the grad scheme the point is irrelevant.
