the height needs to be changed too...it's 140m. not much of a difference, but a 4 looks better than a 3

The Henninger Turm Project is an example of what Frankfurt needs if it is not to be "hung off" in the race of cities wanting to stand out in one way or another on the highrise front. Frankfurt needs towers that are not HQs of banks, since there is only a limited demand for those. More apartment towers like this one would be good, then hotels and office towers.

^ Sorry pal, but the website says "Westend F40", that's definitely not part of the Henninger project (@ the renders)!

It was mentioned a few months ago in a TV Report that there will be a viewing platform again, as well as a bar.
Anyway, i'm wondering why they changed the top so much and made it so much bigger.

This is a brewery headquarters correct? Would have been cool if the crown on this building directly resembled a keg huh?

the old tower was a grain silo, the replacement is supposed to resemble the old tower. it doesn't belong to the brewery anymore. it is going to be a residential tower.

The new renderings look more promising IMO.

Something like this could be easily build in the CBD or the Europaviertel. Of course without that silly beerkeg on top.
