Services on the Hudson line are terminating at Morris Heights and turning at the Highbridge... Harlem Line and New Haven Line trains are terminating at Fordham...

Have homeowners done the math? Will increase in real estate value due to improved connectivity to NY be outweighed by decrease in real estate value due to perceived externalities of an additional track?

Maybe LIRR can elevate or under-ground the track to reduce congestion and clear the danger like Seibu Rail in Japan .(But need large budge .)
