Santo Stefano maggiore basilica, one of the most ancient in the city, built originally in the year 417. Now it's been rebuilt in baroque style in XVIII century. In the year 1476, the 26th of december, here was killed the duke Galeazzo Maria Sforza, lord of Milan.

Convent of the Annunciata in the Milan borough of Abbiategrasso, the borough where I was born

Today it was open to visit, it has some really beautiful renaissance frescoes discovered in 2007:

The exterior, built in 1466 after an ex voto of Galeazzo Maria Sforza, lord of Milan:

This is the lower sanctuary, the most ancient part, built in Renaissance era, the water fountain inside of it is said to be miracolous since ancient times. For the building worked also Leonardo da Vinci, but the definitive project was awarded by another great artist and architect: Giovanni Antonio Amadeo.
