Hotel Limketkai also known as Limketkai World Class are skyscrapers and twin towers embedded as a hotel. These staircase-like skyscrapers are under corporates of Limketkai Sons, Inc.-one of the high earner company in Mindanao.These buildings are towers over its streets in Limketkai drive in Cagayan de Oro City. Each skyscrapers soars above the city with different heights. The Towers 2 and 3 are the Hotel Limketkai which will be completed on 2013 as the tallest building in Mindanao.

Hotel Limketkai Tower 2 (Gateway Tower)
Considering as the tallest in the two that have 36-story with a roof height of 523 ft. (m). This building has a seat capacity of 220 rooms and houses 60-foot (18.3 m) swimming outdoor pool. Limketkai features marble bathrooms and maple hardwood floors in some first-class suites and rooms. Though the two hotels are thin platforms structures, this makes wide state-of-the-art facilities such as a grand lobby. Together, the tower 3 has 400 windows while tower 2 has 220 windows, taking window washers 3 weeks to completely wash both buildings. The hotel also caters a Mall that features exclusively to the guests.
