I know, but I was just stating that I like it when warehouses are converted into luxury living space. This building looks sort of like one of those warehouses.

Great interview. Roman and Williams seem very thoughtful and full of personality. I hope they get some major residential work in the future. Hopefully in Brooklyn as well. I think Adjmi and Andreoli, and Tamarkin are the other NYC architects that display a similar mindset.
