I´ll give it 10 because it is an amazing structure, it has nice illumination at night and it´s extremely tall.

I probably shouldn't have voted yet since it isn't open and I am still waiting to see how it looks lit up at night.
@ singoone, it doesn't have illumination yet, you have to wait until May to see how it will look at night. The few illuminated pictures were less than half and not the final colors. |

10. It's so tall and awesome looking! love the 634m (a play on mu-sa-shi)! And it's not even done yet. I can wait to see it in full illumination and go on its observation deck!
