Concerning supertalls Evergrande is a troll developer. They have been releasing one or two supertalls a year recetenly, and absolutely 0 real activity for all of them, not even decent renders. But this one is so tall that it deserves a thread after all, who knows.

and in the first link there is a render. we just need to find out if it is the right render and then this may not seem too far stretched.

How many stories it will carry?

I think its time to upgrade this building's status into Prep.

Why should we change this one to prep 4 months before the official approval? Actually given that Evergrande is a total troll concerning supertalls I don't think this one will be started anytime soon. I bet they'll be busy with the minor towers for years.

looks like the 560m will look enormous, i mean this tower design has no spire or crown whatsoever, so the full 560m will be dominant (considering the designin the first post is the final design)

That's only a concept render, we haven't seen actual designs. Actually Evergrande has never released actual designs for any of its supertall proposals, all of them become dead proposals, that's why I'm so skeptical about this one.

Nice, but the podium looks like a toilet.

Actually i find the podium the most interesting aspect of the design, the rest of the tower just looks bland to say the least. Sorry, not a fan.
