RFO January 2016

Introducing DMCI's latest project ZINNIA TOWERS near Munoz, EDSA, Quezon City. The project consists of 2 high rise buildings with unit mixes of Studios, 1 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms, 3 Bedrooms. Each building has 35 residential floors and 8 level parking.

Perfect for families currently living in the north Luzon (i.e., Bulacan, Pampanga, Pangsinan) provinces but looking for a residential place in Metro Manila/Quezon City as half way home for their future use (children for school, work, etc.) that’s very accessible to their hometown.

How to get there:

1. From Makati: Take EDSA Northbound, heading towards Quezon City.

Upon reaching the LRT Roosevelt Station, take leftmost lane to prepare making a U-turn to go to the Southbound side of EDSA.

After that U-turn, take rightmost lane, Zinnia Towers will be on your right.

2. From Quezon City: From Quezon City Circle, take North Avenue towards EDSA Balintawak.

Upon reaching the LRT Roosevelt Station, take leftmost lane to prepare making a U-turn to go to the Southbound side of EDSA.

After that U-turn, take rightmost lane, Zinnia Towers will be on your right.

Ang alam ko meron ding Lumiventt Technology itong Zinnia Towers. Yan yung nakita ko sa brochure nila. Pero hindi ko alam kung ano nagagawa ng Lumiventt.

Lumiventt Technology allows the entire building to breathe. Meaning, nakakapasok ang natural air and light sa bawat hallway, kaya nakakpag-provide ng natural illumination and ventilation.

This is a nice development. Zinnia Towers with its unique feature of Lumiventt Design Technology. What other developments are there in Quezon City?

Right! And to add, this Lumiventt Design Technology is a combination of the
words lumen (light) and ventus (air). This technology combines
several building features (like single-loaded corridors) that aims to maximize
the flow of natural air (for ventilation) and light (for illumination).
