نقل مواقع حكومية من شارع النيل الثلاثاء, 27 مارس 2012 23:5 مخطط الخرطوم يلزم الحكومة ووزاراتها على شارع النيل بالانتقال لمواقع أخرى أعلن والي ولاية الخرطوم عن نقل مواقع حكومية من شارع النيل إلى مواقع أخرى، وتشمل وزارة الشباب والرياضة، وديوان المراجع العام، إضافة إلى مكتب الوالي، وتم توقيع اتفاق بين محلية الخرطوم ولجنة تأهيل وتطوير وسط الخرطوم. وقال والي الخرطوم؛ عبدالرحمن الخضر، خلال مخاطبته حفل التوقيع، إن مخطط الخرطوم الهيكلي يلزم الحكومة ووزاراتها المطلة على شارع النيل بالانتقال وترك المساحات للاستثمار والسياحة. وكشف الوالي عن تأجيل افتتاح أبراج الواحة إلى حين اكتمال العمل في وسط الخرطوم، وطلب من البنوك توزيع فروعها على الولاية بدلاً من وسط الخرطوم. وأكد أن ترتيبات تسير لنقل الجامعات خارج الخرطوم عدا جامعة الخرطوم، ودعا الحكومة والمعارضة إلى أن تركز على خدمات المواطنين وتحويل وسط الخرطوم للمتعة والتسوق. من جهة أخرى أعلن معتمد محلية الخرطوم؛ عمر إبراهيم، عن بداية تنفيذ انتقال موقف جاكسون إلى موقعه الجديد بالقرب من مسجد شروني وأن موقف جاكسون سيكون محطة إضافية للمحطات التي ستكون على الطريق الدائري لمواصلات الخرطوم.

والي الخرطوم يدشن مشروع الحي النموذجي بقاردن سيتي الخرطوم(smc) دشن د. عبد الرحمن الخضر والي ولاية الخرطوم مشروع تطوير ضاحية قاردن سيتي والذي يشمل تأهيل البنيات التحتية من الصرف السطحي والصحي وسفلته جميع الشوارع الرئيسية والداخلية وإنارتها فضلاً عن أعمال الرصف لجوانب الطرق والتشجير والتنجيل للميادين والحدائق بتكلفة بلغت (16) مليون جنيه وفق الدراسة الموضوعة. وأكد الاستاذ عمر نمر معتمد محلية الخرطوم في تصريح لـ(smc) أن المشروع يأتي ضمن خطة تطوير الولاية وفقاً للمخطط الهيكلي وخطة المحلية الرامية الي جعل أحياءها نموذجية وفق الشراكة مع المجتمع التي تكفل بموجبها توجيه رسوم العوائد السكنية لخدمات الأحياء، موجهاً اللجان الشعبية بتحصيل رسومها وتوريدها في الحساب الخاص بصندوق تطوير الحي. وكشف نمر عن خطة تنظيمية أمنية ستنفذ خلال شهر ونصف في شارع النيل لضبط التفلتات والظواهر السالبة تشمل تخصيص نقطة شرطة ثابتة بالشارع وتفعيل موقع بسط الأمن الشامل داخل الحي إضافة إلى مد الشرطة في القطاع بقوات من السواري، معلناً عن خطة معيارية ستنفذ في مجال النظافة وفق مفهوم النظافة الشامل بعيداً عن التقاط المبعثرات كما هو سائد الآن. now this the news i want to hear
