Harusnya memang 2 lajur mulai dari pertigaan rungkut - panjangjiwo sampai ujung MERR, di sepanjang jalan kedung baruk ada yang sudah jadi 2 lajur, tetapi hanya beberapa puluh meter aja, sisanya masih 1 lajur

it happens in US, Aussie, Canada, di kota2 besarnya pada ngumpul di spot tertentu, atau di Singapore, meski apartmentnya nyebar gak jelas jg, tapi office tower 200m++ ngumpul juga di satu spot kan jadi keren... itu karena ada rulenya ya? if so then why don't we just follow them? 1 spot untuk supertall, then the outer space of the spot for tower below 200m or something like that...

Aturan itu khan setiap kota beda2, tertuang di rencana tata ruang kota masing2
Masalahnya di Indonesia itu khan lahan di tengah kota sudah diserbu oleh pemukiman gitu
Nah untuk membebaskan lahan tersebut untuk dijadikan downtown juga ngga gampang
Kalo di luar khan dari awalnya peraturan sudah ada, jadi ngga bisa bikin pemukiman sembarangan..

Jalan depan proyek ini kapan ya dibangun 2 jalur, dari dulu masih pemerataan tanah itupun oleh pihak swasta.

Masih terkendala pembebasan lahan di beberapa titik terutama di akhir jalan kembar yang saat ini masih ada beberapa warga yang buka usaha disana

wah direndering terbarunya yang awalnya tower tengah itu kampus berubah jadi soho. kalau ku hitung sih 20 fl. hotelpun juga mencantumkan nama novotel dan jadi 20/21 fl keren deh. terakhir lewat sih masih tahap basement
