Development behind Bauhinia Square?

What is the development behind Bauhinia Square? I see four cranes there. Is it a public or private estate?

BTW, there are 3 or 4 cranes across Wan Po Road from Lohas Park. What are they building?

Thanks for updating me about the exciting progress of my hometown!

Correction

I meant Tseung Kwan O's Bauhinia Garden, not Wan Chai's Bauhinia Square.

Sorry for the confusion!

Across the street west of Bauhinia Garden, it appears construction is imminent, but not sure whether this was one of the residential lots sold off recently by the government :

Notice the buildings under construction are now complete ("The Wings").

To the east, it looks like public housing is U/C :

These were taken in November 2010.
