Now besides this quarter there are following projects

~20 fl. residential tower (no rendering)
~20 fl. office tower (no rendering)

Great news for Klaipeda and the whole Lithuania.

In Slovakia are the highrises announced in Banska Bystrica (Europa shopping centre), plans are for Žilina, Trnava and Lučenec (widening of the Business zone).

In Bratislava the new highrise is going to be finished in Ružinov district /will bring the photos/. Furthermore there are recently the discussions in Stare Mesto district about the construction of another highrise (34 floors), but there are still the petitions of district inhabittants against it, so it is up to mayor of this district to decide.
The panorama of this Bratislava part, including new highrise

Furthermore, another plans are announced, or started, one of them is Pribinova zone http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...ght=bratislava

What are the chances for all those towers to be built? Are they proposed or already U/C? The projects are great!

No offense, but some of those projects are kinda ugly. I don't like the Gandraliskes Quarter project, especially the bases.

The rest of them are really nice. Good luck with that, it's great that there is a constuction boom in EE.

I'm bringing this old thing up.

Two new 30 storey residential highrises were just announced in central part of Klaipeda. I think it's not the end yet
