HUH.. the river line shares its tracks with CSX Freight Trains??? I saw a CSX locomotive in the photo.. Also, has the real estate in those areas shown along the line increased because of their proximity to the line.. atleast near the stations.......

Yes it shares with Freight , CSX and Norfolk Southern...
