I would say:

German

Mixed

French

Buildings built between 1870 and 1918 are mixed or German, buildings built before and after are mixed or French.

I did not know Metz had such beautiful blend of French and German. I only knew that Strasbourg, Colmar and other places in Alsace had such a thing. Metz looks very bourgeois in these pics.
