Nice but too common looking, not daring enough architecturally speaking imo...

The interiors of Bisha look like a club. Not surprising considering this is the first foray into condos for one of the city's club owners.

August 8th by someMidTowner. Excavation continues - I suspect a crane should be in around a month's time or so.

Nice. Using the old building as an entrance for the new tower.

I'm not sure, but most Toronto skyscrapers seem to dig down to roughly the same depth.

What in the hell is a Bisha?

I hate the name of this tower, it sounds like a kebab shop.

Bisha is the developer's (Charles Khabouth - Canada's "club" king) childhood name - he was born in Lebanon.

December 7th by Jasonzed. Awaiting a crane perhaps?

cladding is once again uninspired, but I like this tradition of preserving historic buildings, especially if, as in this case, they are nicely configured with the tower and incorporated into a suitably scaled podium, although a deeper setback for the tower would be better here, I think.
