The literal translation of 'soo dhawoow' is 'come closer', but it's used in a similar way as the word 'welcome'.

I dont live in Djibouti,and yes in Djibouti some people speak somali,but this is in the capital city,some of my family only speak Afar,they're Afar.

That is the most important vote in my opinion, because you and Goetia are inclined towards Somalia by default of your ethnicity.

I support it only if our Afar sister is ok with it.
