They look really good!

They're not precisely 100% low-floor, or...? What is their maximum speed and capacity? Final question: Who made them?

Thanks.

The first one was made by Kyiv factory of electrotransport ("Київський завод електротранспорту), low-floor share is 45% by Saint Petersburg tram factory license.
Number of seats: 50, total capacity: 300
Length: 31,2 m
Engine: 8 х 90, 720 Kilowatt

The second one by Bogdan Motors (www.bogdan.ua), large Ukrainian group, by Belkomunash license (Belarus). Low-floor share is 75%.
Number of seats: 60, total capacity: 230
Length: 25, 5 m
Engine: 4 х105, 420 Kilowatt

Not sure that it is a correct argument as they haven't copied anything.
Ukrainians don't need to copy anything because they respect neighbors and they may design and produce cool stuff by themselves.
On the picture is a model and what will be in reality may be quite different.
It's clear that these trains are different also they have different interior design and technical characteristics.
Btw, I found one more sketch, absolutely different. Let's wait and see this train in a real life.

@markfos
Maybe we've copied the Skoda?
Maybe we've copied the Bombardier?
Maybe we've copied the French Citadis?
All modern trams are similar to each other.

Your are totally misinformed. There won't manufactured in Ukraine, they were manufactured in Russia and Belarus respectively. Ukraine companies only placed stickers on them to reduce taxes.

You missed the word "license".
We need to see what will be the next. I they start mass production, it will be in Ukraine, otherwise Electron.ua trams will be produced only.

I don't see how "producing" a tram from an actual tram and a sticker can be licensed production at all.
As can be seen from a popular among CIS transit fans site STTS - http://transphoto.ru/vehicle/97237/ (English version available via button in upper-right corner)

The tram was built completely in Saint Petersburg - http://transphoto.ru/photo/215780/
It was shipped in Kyiv - http://transphoto.ru/photo/215251/
Original PTMZ (St. Petresburg) sticker... - http://transphoto.ru/photo/222832/
... was replaced with KZET one - http://transphoto.ru/photo/336048/

There was lot of loud declarations about starting an actual production on KZET... But the problem is, that after selling their plant for converting to another generic white-collar nest, KZET moved to a little shack in the tram depot, that have just no amenities for actual producing of trams.

And Electron.ua are nice guys, they are building an actual tram, working with metal, getting dirty and sweaty, not just gluing their sticker over some imported tram. Good luck to them.

More pics of T801

I think Scania should afraid of our products.
I use Scania buses, they are the best among others, but Ukrainian Bogdan Motors design and technical characteristics are far much better.

Very nice interior

Keep an eye on this, guys. It will be brand #1 (buses and trolleybuses) in Europe and the rest of the world for sure.

Yeah, no offence, but USA transit design tends to be horrible... I love european-inspired design of LAZ and Bogdan much more.

Do they have their own public transport manufacturing in US? I thought they buy stuff from Japanese, New Zealanders and others.
