SHENZHEN | Gemdale Gangxia Tower | 375m | 1230ft | 180m | 591ft | U/C
Gemdale Complex Development at Gangxia, Shenzhen, China
The 0.44 million sq.m. commercial/residential development, designed by four international architects including the KPF, SOM, Callison, and Leigh & Orange, will consist of a 350m office/residential tower (133,000sq.m.), various large retails (total 253,000sq.m.), underground car parking and a design museum, and another 180m office tower (60,000sq.m.). The engineering design for the project will be delivered by an international team from WSP. WSP UK office is leading the structural and building services schematic design for the 350m tower, working closely with KPF architect, and assisted by WSP China offices. WSP Hong Kong/China offices will lead the detail design of the 350m tower and is also to be responsible for delivering the building services engineering and facade engineering designs of all the other elements of the development, working closely with other three international architects.  This one is very close to Ping'an. Btw, they announced 325m twins in Nanshan, we'll open a thread as soon as they release the first renders.

What are the remaining available plots around there on that side of Futian? Any of them suitable for a supertall to mirror (or exceed) Ping'an on the other side of the divide?
