Nice renders. A lot of attention has been paid to the design of the public space and the ground floors. This area won't be quiet after work.

I've had several people ask me if China seemed crowded when I visited and I said "not at all." Despite 1.3 billion people there is a lot of empty land. People seemed to move around efficiently in the cities too.


Those renders posted by z0rg look really nice. Kinda reminds me of like a bigger Xintiandi in Shanghai or the Domain in Austin.
