THE SIGNATURE, CHANGI BUSINESS PARK
The Signature is strategically sited in Changi Business Park and is the focal point at the central axis of the business park's green environment.
Designed with an emphasis on merging the spirit of entrepreneurship with that of nature, the Signature is a building with its sense of place and space integrated into the natural terrain and landscape greenery of the business park.

The Signature also features: An 8-storey building with Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 47,590 sqm and a Nett Floor Area (NFA) of 33,994 sqm.
-A design suitable for multiple tenancy.
-Flexibility to cater for single tenancy on an entire wing of the building as well as on a floor-by-floor basis.
-A wide range of amenities including a foodcourt, Cafe/ Restaurant, Bank, Clinic, Creche and an Executive Club with swimming pool and basement carpark.

Projects by JURONG, JTC


INVENSYS, SINGAPORE
Invensys' regional headquarters and warehouse is 6-storey building consisting of two interlocking rectangular blocks, sharing a 3-storey atrium lobby.

The Invensys Building features :
-A "Lightbox", which serves as a marker signifying the arrival point in the urban design of the Visual/Physical Corridor.
-A building treated "in the round", to address both the major fronts of the site - one to the business park entrance and the other to the major urban edge of the site.
-"Terraces in the air", to create environmental relief as well as outdoor spaces for the staff.
-Landscaped public and private green is integrated with the arrival plaza to provide spatial flow into the lobby space.

IBP - Jurong East, JTC

International Business Park

The Strategy

not just that, it has organic curves too

I think the JTC HQ must be the tallest in the western part of singapore
